Release 0.6.12 fixes:

• NPCs being awake if encountered for the first time in the middle of the night
• Dragon and camera angles wrong at the post office
• Some suggestions as to where to find NPCs not useful or mistyped
• Consecutive new games not starting
• Lizard lands having an overwhelming lizard population
• Camera reset position drifting over the course of play
