Bug fix release 0.3.28 addresses:

• Cannot start playing v0.3.23 (it works if you've got save files from an earlier version)
• Consumes 100% CPU doing nothing when in background (possibly Linux only). This isn't really fixed so much as changed so that the game continues running in the bacground, which at least justifies the CPU usage. (It also lets you get on with something else while waiting for NPCs to wake up).
