Release v0.4.1 (I, Claudius) introduces some major new features; enough to warrant moving from 0.3 to 0.4, but I'm still not ready to call it a beta.

Bugfixes:

• NPCs don't know that they're known in game resumed from save

New features:

• Distinguish between known and unknown NPCs on local map
• More compact savefiles
• Choice of landscape sizes
• Gazetteer and census

New bugs:

• Performance drops off severely for large landscapes
• Lakes in large landscapes don't reflect across whole surface
