End of day 3. Have been down so many rabbit-holes this afternoon, including making a mess of my git branches (it's something that really annoys me about trying to use git with both Unity and Godot: if you get a merge conflict in some resource file that's nominally text but in practice needs to be editor by the editor, git just mangles it the way it would a code file and leaves you with no easy way to fix the situation, to the point where I had to blow away half of last night's work and recreate it) and trying to figure out why a custom font suddenly stopped working when I put it into a more structured container (it looks like Godot's RichText widget won't display anything unless it's got a specified font for all face types, or is defaulting on all of them).

So it's looking a lot more like a game now. But there is zero playability. Tomorrow, maybe you'll be able to move around.
